Anxiety & Trauma Therapy for Sensitive, Insightful, & Overwhelmed Adults
Online in Minnesota
FAQs
-
I work with sensitive, insightful, and overwhelmed adults in Minnesota. Many of my clients feel anxious, chronically worried, or stuck in patterns of conflict & dissatisfaction in their relationships.
If you’re ready to do deep healing work (instead of only coping & managing symptoms at the surface level), we may be a great fit to work together.
-
My therapy services are available online across Minnesota. Whether you’re located in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Rochester, Bloomington, and anywhere else in MN, we can work together.
-
Virtual therapy allows you to access therapy sessions from anywhere in Minnesota. All you need is an Internet connection. You get to skip the stressful commute, and attend online sessions from your private, comfortable space.
Research shows that virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy.

55-min intake session: $200

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide superbills that you submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
As an out-of-network provider, I choose not to work with insurance companies because it allows me to personalize therapy to your needs. Insurance companies often limit the length of therapy; require a diagnosis on file that may not align with your experience; or impose documentation requirements that disrupt care. My practice is private-pay in order to provide care that is responsive to your needs & goals - not the expectations of insurance companies.
-
I offer limited sliding-scale spots to ensure multiple access points for folks who want to work together. For more info, please read the “sliding-scale options” section below.
-
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions that are cancelled or missed will be charged the full session fee.
If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, I'm happy to offer rescheduling options.

Each person’s journey (and duration of time in therapy) is different. I specialize in depth-oriented therapy, which typically unfolds across multiple months, to allow us time to build an authentic & connected therapeutic relationship.
We’ll begin with weekly or biweekly sessions. As you feel better & see meaningful results, we’ll transition to maintenance sessions.
-
As a relational therapist, I bring my authentic, whole self to sessions, so that you can feel safe to show up as your whole self as well.
I use trauma-focused, evidence-based modalities - including EMDR, IFS, and Somatic Experiencing - that alleviate the pain of past experiences, release stuck trauma in the body, and regulate the nervous system. Our sessions are always collaborative, as I personalize care to your needs.
-
The next step is to schedule a free 15-min consultation. Please contact me using this form. I’d love to hear from you.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
-
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
01. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
02. Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
03. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
04. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
